Leadership
Guy Bessant – President, Stolthaven Terminals
Guy Bessant is President of Stolthaven Terminals, the global bulk-liquid storage division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited. He oversees the company’s worldwide network of terminals, driving strategic expansion, operational excellence, and sustainability.
Under his leadership, Stolthaven has expanded its global footprint with new developments in Taiwan, Türkiye, and the US Gulf. He has also led the company’s sustainability efforts, achieving ISCC certifications across multiple terminals to support the energy transition.
Bessant emphasizes close collaboration across the Stolt-Nielsen group—integrating storage with Stolt Tankers and Stolt Tank Containers to deliver seamless supply chain solutions.
Robert Wijnen – General Manager, Stolthaven Moerdijk B.V.
Robert Wijnen serves as General Manager of Stolthaven Moerdijk B.V., bringing over 21 years of extensive experience in terminal operations and logistics. Prior to joining Stolthaven, Robert spent 17 years, nearly two decades at Vopak, where he developed deep expertise in bulk-liquid storage, operational excellence, and safety leadership.
At Stolthaven Moerdijk, Robert leads the integrated terminals, depot and warehouse operations with a steadfast commitment to operational excellence, safety culture, and strategic growth. He oversees all aspects of the Stolthaven facilities—ensuring that every operation, from storage and cargo handling to value-added services, meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Robert’s leadership is defined by a collaborative approach and a dedication to continuous improvement.
He works closely with his team to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation, ensuring that Stolthaven Moerdijk remains a trusted partner for clients across the chemical, biofuel, and bulk-liquid industries.
Since stepping into his role, Robert has focused on strengthening the terminal’s position as a fully integrated logistics hub—uniting storage, sea freight coordination, and tank container services under one roof to deliver seamless supply chain solutions.
Robert is excited about the future of Stolthaven Moerdijk and remains committed to driving growth, operational excellence, and safety at one of Europe’s most strategically positioned terminals.
Todd Miller – Head of Operations, Stolthaven Moerdijk B.V.
Todd oversees all terminal, depot, and warehouse operations while leading global logistics activities, including tank rentals across Rotterdam, Antwerp, Jurong, Fujairah, and Houston, as well as sea freight and value-added services. With a strong background in bulk-liquid logistics and operational leadership, he ensures the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance across our integrated hub—while tailoring every solution for efficiency and reliability.
